Public comments are being accepted by the Wastewater Management Division for the permit actions listed below. The public notice document describes the proposed activity being regulated and explains how to submit comments. Conditions for conducting the proposed activity can be found in the draft permit or certification.

To be certain that comments submitted by e-mail are considered, it is important that the permit/certification identification number appears in the subject line of the message. Your name and mailing address should be included in the text of the e-mail message. Comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the last day of the comment period.

In addition to the actions listed in the following tables, the Environmental Notice Bulletin contains information about permit and certification applications under consideration by most permitting programs in the Department of Environmental Conservation.

These programs use a listserve to notify interested individuals when pages are updated with new notice documents or information. A message will be sent out to subscribers (typically on Friday of each week) as a reminder of new postings. The subscription process:  Click on this e-mail address to send your request vtwmpublicnotice-request@list.state.vt.us. The body of your message should contain ONLY the word subscribe. Leave the subject field blank and do not include a signature. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FORMAT IS PLAIN TEXT (NOT HTML). Send.
