Technical Work Groups

Four Technical Work Groups (TWG) supplemented the efforts of the Vermont Governor's Climate Change Commission. These groups had an advisory role to the stakeholders and are tasked with providing technical analysis and designing policy options for consideration. Technical Work Groups focused on specific issues and sectors of the economy and consist of GCCC members (or their technical designees) plus other technical experts.
