Directions:

From north, south, or east: Take I-89 to Vermont 100 south at Exit 10 (Waterbury/Stowe).

Follow Vermont 100 south a short distance, to its intersection with U.S. 2 (at a stop sign). Take a left, enter the village of Waterbury, and continue to the second traffic light. Turn right at this light (the Chittenden Bank is on the left). Continue to a stop sign and enter the Vermont State Office Complex.

From Vermont 100 south of Waterbury or U.S. 2 east: Follow U.S. 2/Vermont 100 across a bridge over the Winooski River, past the Freedom Chevrolet car dealership on the right. Look for a sign on the left indicating the South Entrance to the State Office Complex.

As you enter the State Complex from either direction, you will be on a long horseshoe-shaped drive that passes around the back of the complex. Follow this until you see the large smokestack, and park in the lot nearest to the stack, or in another lot nearby.

The Watershed Management Division is located in Building 10 North, which is clearly marked on a sign which is easily seen across the drive from the smokestack.
