A.B.L.E. Waste Management Inc.

WATERBURY- Agency of Natural Resources Secretary George Crombie today announced that the Enforcement Division has formally settled an environmental violation involving A.B.L.E. Waste Management, Inc. This company operates a solid waste hauling and storage facility in Plymouth. The settlement includes a $4,000 penalty and a $7,500 supplemental environmental project.
