Complete revision of subchapter 11 related to organics management, composting, and anaerobic digestion.
Provision for Research Demonstration and Development (RDD) Permits to allow for the recirculation of leachate and landfills in subchapter 6.
Public Comments
Public comments were received during the public hearing held on April 26, 2011 and the public comment period which ended May 6, 2011. The Responsivenss Summary is a written record of the Solid Waste Management Program's repsonse to public comments. The public comment period has closed. The rules will be reviewed by the Legislative Committee on Rules (LCAR) in December 2011.
