Full Certifications

Solid Waste Transfer Station/Recycling Certificate: Authorizes owner/operator to construct/operate a transfer station or certain recycling facilities.

New Facility: Guidance Document Application Form
Recertification of Facility: Guidance Document Application Form

Solid Waste Lined Landfill Certificate: For owner/operator to construct/operate a lined landfill for the disposal of municipal solid waste.

All Private Facilities Applicants are required to complete the following forms in addition to application form:

All Facilities Applicants are required to provide proof of

All Facility Operators are required to submit:

Categorical Certifications: Certain types of solid waste activity may be eligible for categorical certification.

Electronics Collection: Authorizes the approval for collection of electronics.
