All notices are sent to the municipality where facility is located, the Solid Waste District and the Regional Planning Commission. All notices are advertised in newspapers. We will also honor requests to add names to our mailing list for future notices.

Notice of non-minor Solid Waste applications is made two times prior to a final decision: when administratively complete and again when a draft certification and fact sheet are available. The minor process includes only one public notice period after the draft certification has been prepared, unless a public meeting is requested.
