Deadline for public comments:
These are introductory, informational meetings to receive comment on the draft rule. The formal public comment deadline will be set after the formal hearings are scheduled. The first expected formal hearing will not be sooner than November 26, 2001. A second formal hearing will be held several days after the first is held. The public comment deadline will be 7 days after the final formal public hearing.
