St. Leo's Hall, Waterbury, VT Application and $100.00 fee Jan 31 through April 5 to be assured a seat. Additional applications will be accepted through April 8 if space is available.
Class A field June 7, 2011 Windsor Trailhead at Mt. Ascutney State Park , Windsor, VT Successful completion of April 12 exam
Class B written August 24, 2011 St. Leo's Hall, Waterbury, VT Class A license, application and $40.00 fee June 13, 2011 through August 19, 2011.

Water Supply Exam

October 26, 2011

9 a.m - usually takes 4-5 hours

VT Technical  College Campus - 2nd floor of the Red Schoolhouse

Directions and map

Parking at the schoolhouse is limited but participants are welcome to use adjacant college lots.

Class B Licensed Designer

No fee

July 12 through October 21, 2011. Please contact Julie Campbell to register for the Water Supply exam @ 802-241-1021 or by e-mail.

Application for Original License

 To be eligible for a designer's license, a person must:

    • Submit a completed and signed application form

    • Pay appropriate fees as specified in Title 3 V.S.A. Section 2822; and

    • Complete and pass the examinations

Application for Renewal License

 

To be eligible for license renewal, a person must:

    • Submit a completed and signed RENEWAL application form - you will receive a renewal application by mail prior to expiration of your license

    • Pay appropriate fees as specified in Title 3 V.S.A. Section 2822

      • Submit a Continuing Education Affidavit for Reporting Attendance at approved Courses - This form is required bi-annually for all renewal applications beginning  December 1, 2006.

    NEW in the 2007 Rules: All Designer Licenses will expire annually on December 31st. If you have questions, please call 241-3822.

NOTE: Under the rules a Designer whose license is expired for more than 2 years can not renew; re-examination is required to become licensed again.
